I wish they made a Kindle version of "The Book." The Chosen series, which I'm a huge fan of, had me reaching for the Bible, but I had trouble reading it. I searched on the internet and found this book "The Book," and now I can't put it down. It is written in a way that is so easy to understand. There are helpful indexes to guide you through it. You can read the story of David and Goliath, or Joseph, son of Jacob and it reads like a novel. It can be read in sections and small bits. So if you are like me and find the Bible a little intimidating, try "The Book," it is a nice companion to The Bible.
