Wanting to preserve the lines of its older sister, the Ulpia Párix, the 117 has as its characteristic emblem its handmade brass threaded ring, polished and plated in 24k gold. Comes with JoWo steel number #6 nib.

• The body and cap: are made of the best quality ebonite. Ebonite is a vulcanized natural rubber known for its particular shine and warm touch, highly appreciated by collectors. It has been used in fountain pens since the late 19th century.
• Clip and threaded ring: made of solid brass and engraved with a diamond point, they are later hand polished and plated in 24k gold

We first met Raúl, the visionary founder of Ulpia, at the Madrid Pen Show in 2021, where their innovative “Párix” filling system captured our attention.
