Here, she and her husband share their love of bread making in a totally accessible way. I like to think of this book as a piece of a remarkable life.Everything you wanted to know about making all kinds of bread. Thorough instructions. Everything i have made so far has turned out great!I have owned this wonderful book for decades. I was so happy to find it for my daughter! I use the Greek Easter bread recipe every year at Easter time, it's become a tradition.My parents gave me this book years ago and it is full of wonderful tips on baking bread, from selecting yeast, flour, and pans. It has good recipes for all levels and tastes.
